Beyond Talent

Beyond Talent: Become Someone Who Gets Extraordinary Results

By: John C. Maxwell

This new book by John C. Maxwell called Beyond Talent: Become Someone Who Gets Extraordinary Results is on par with many of his other classic such as How To Win With People, 25 Ways To Win With People (Coauthored by Les Parrott), Be A People Person, and many other outstanding books on leadership and self improvement. The book itself (as should be clear from the title, Beyond Talent) deals with you personal talents. It helps you both understand and utilize your various and unique talents in a way that is is both practical and personally beneficial. If you are a person trying to reach your potential in life or simply want to better yourself you may find this book quite helpful. Ultimately though it boils down to this, if you enjoy self-help books (which is primarily what John C. Maxwell writes) then you will probably want to get a copy of this book since it is a great self-help book. If you aren’t into self-help you may still give it a read but it may not exactly be your cup of tea. Personally, I would recommend you read this book and others like it by John Maxwell. If your willing to put in the effort to applying books like this one it can change your life.
